OVERVIEW JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you a golf addict with a strong love and expertise for the game? We are looking for a proven leader who has a knack for building strong relationships and community, and is comfortable providing feedback and sharing knowledge to our passionate team of Brand Reps.

A Community Leader acts as the liaison between ThirdChannel management and the Brand Rep team, encouraging strong team morale to ensure the community’s success and reach the client’s goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Act as liaison between Brand Reps and management
  • Assist recruiter with Brand Rep candidate interview process
  • Conduct certification chats for knowledge assessment
  • Mentor/onboard new Brand Reps
  • Review chat transcripts for quality assurance
  • Prepare tips to increase team’s knowledge
  • Monitor and assist Brand Rep schedule fulfillment
  • Encourage, motivate and support team
  • Support management to secure goals
  • Compile hotlist topics for customer calls
  • Available 10-20 hours per week

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years experience in the golf industry
  • 2+ years club fitting experience
  • Extensive knowledge of Titleist, TaylorMade, FootJoy and Bushnell Golf products
  • Experience in leading a team

COMPENSATION AND PERKS

  • 1099 Independent Contractor
  • $20/hour paid weekly
  • Remote position
